This Privacy Policy covers how Value Barter Pvt Ltd (referred to as the "Company" "we," or "us") which owns & opreates the site www.GainDaily.com (referred to as the "site") will use its users, ("you", "your", "purchaser") personally identifiable information ("Personal Data") as well as general demographic information ("Demographic Data") that Company gathers when users access and use this Site, when users use our Content or when users use the Gain Daily Service. Users bidding on Promotional Offers shall be required to submit their credit card information to secure the Promotional Offer for their benefit. The credit card must be valid as of the date of the end of the Promotional Term to be accepted. While credit cards will not be charged unless the Conditions of a Promotional Offer are satisfied, if a credit card is declined when charged, you will be responsible to provide a replacement card. Except in the case of fraud or good faith disputes regarding the Promotional Offer and/or underlying products and services, your failure to provide payment will result in a breach of your obligation to the Merchant, at which point, the Merchant may pursue legal action to recover the payment.
